The staff was overly generous and threw in an extra side of rice and beans, which tasted really, really good. We also got our chips and salsa, which was really good as well. My meal was surprisingly still warm (11 degrees here and a 10 minute drive back to the hotel) and delicious as was the taco salad. You can definitely tell when a business wants to retain customers. Everything was top notch. I have been to the one in Lacey and both restaurants are some of the best Mexican food you can have. We will be returning to the one in Spokane Valley in the future.March 01, 2017
