I called them and the guy said bring it in, we'll make it right, even though I didn't have the receipt. He even pointed the label said satisfaction guarantee on package, and that I should call them. Bulk foods, including pet foods. Sometimes they get pretty crowded but usually goes fairly fast. FYI they don't take credit cards as far as I know.July 15, 2016
