  My friend and I have been going to CDL to eat here for two yrs.and was so glad when we got one here in Spokane Valley. It's the best barbicoa that I've ever had. I love the drink selection and the family atmosphere.

  I love the flavor profile for this place. They make fresh tortilla right in front of you. They have great Tacos. I recommend the grilled chicken . It is a bit more expensive but well worth it. I found that the shredded chicken made the taco soggy. Their sweet pork is awesome. They offer a burrito "enchilada" style where they smother it in enchilada sauce. Their enchiladas are great. Their tamales are awesome.

  Good food but out of the 10ish times I have been there they got my order wrong three times. As a vegetarian, it is not very fun to take a bit of your food and have a month full of meat. They did remake it for me but kind of stinks when you do not notice it till you get home and have to drive back.
